If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to adjust or cancel it. Once it’s handed off to the carrier, we’re no longer able to make changes.

Orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier the same or next business day. Domestic delivery is typically 2 days from dispatch; international timelines vary by destination.

Yes — we ship to most countries with cold-chain packaging and tracked delivery. Customs handling and delivery windows vary by destination, and the buyer is responsible for compliance with local import regulations.

Every order ships cold-chain in discreet, unmarked packaging with insulation and ice packs sized for transit time, so contents stay stable from our facility to your door.

Yes. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships, and it’s also visible under Order Tracking in your account.
Purity & Lab Results What does “research use only” mean?
Our products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic application. By purchasing, you confirm the products will be used only for legitimate research.
Purity & Lab Results Where can I find the Certificate of Analysis for my batch?
Every product page links to its current CoA, and the batch number on your shipping label corresponds to the report on our Lab Results page. Message us if you can’t locate one and we’ll send it directly.

Our products are independently verified at ≥98% purity via HPLC. Exact results for each batch are documented on its Certificate of Analysis, not just the general spec.
Purity & Lab Results Who performs your third-party testing?
Testing is conducted by independent laboratories with no financial stake in our sales, using HPLC-UV analysis referenced against certified standards. Lab details are listed on each CoA.
Account & Orders Do I need an account to place an order?
No — guest checkout is available. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders and reorder in the future.
Account & Orders What’s your return policy?
Because these are lab materials shipped cold-chain, we’re not able to accept returns once an order has shipped. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.

No. All products are sold exclusively for laboratory and research purposes and are not approved, labeled, or intended for human or animal use, consumption, or as a food, drug, cosmetic, or medical device.

We don’t require documentation at checkout, but by completing a purchase you agree that the products will be used solely for legitimate research purposes, per our Terms of Service.
